Check-in time is 3:00 pm or later, check-out is 11:00 am or earlier. Please advise your expected time of arrival to insure that someone is here to greet you – Hawthorne House is a private home and there is no front lobby or desk clerk on duty! These times are adjustable provided this does not pose an inconvenience to previously booked guests. Of course, we are happy to secure your luggage and provide parking if you must arrive earlier or leave later.
A deposit of 50% is required to secure your reservation. This may be paid by Visa or Master Card. The balance is due and payable upon arrival in cash or traveler’s checks only. (Or the balance may be paid by personal check if received two or more weeks in advance of scheduled arrival.)
Reservations will be refunded in full (less a $50.00 cancellation fee) when cancellations are made 14 or more days in advance of scheduled arrival. For additional information regarding courtesy vouchers, gift certificates, or other reservation questions, please contact us.
